Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared for shipment within the United States. Standard processing normally takes about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and any free-shipping eligibility is confirmed at checkout.

Please enter a complete delivery address, working email, and telephone number. Tracking updates are sent when a carrier makes them available. Holidays, weather, carrier volume, security reviews, and restricted destinations can extend delivery time.

For a delayed or missing parcel, a delivered scan without receipt, visible damage, or an address concern, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and photographs when relevant. Some items or destinations may have service limitations.
